Can you help if my boiler has broken down?
Yes. If your boiler has stopped working or is showing a fault code, we can arrange a heating engineer to diagnose the issue and advise whether a repair is possible.
Why are some of my radiators cold?
Cold radiators can be caused by trapped air, sludge, poor balancing, faulty valves, pump issues or circulation problems. We can investigate the system and advise the best fix.
Do I need a powerflush?
Not always. A powerflush can help some systems, but it is not the answer to every heating problem. We’ll check the symptoms and advise whether cleaning, balancing, repair work or further diagnosis is the best option.
Can you fit new radiators?
Yes. We can replace existing radiators or install new ones, including standard panel radiators, vertical radiators, decorative radiators and towel radiators.
